Powerful
Partnerships.

The original founders, Dr. Turlough O’Donnell and Dr. Alan Laing are both Irish and based out of Dublin. Dr. Amendola, is in North Carolina at Duke University where he is the head Physician for Duke Athletics. Presently, he is also the President of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery. In addition, we have added experts in 3 categories, Trauma, Upper Extremity and Spine.

Dr. Mark Gage, from Shock Trauma in Baltimore is our lead trauma surgeon, Dr. Hannan Mullet, at Beaumont Hospital in Dublin, and a member of The Royal College of Surgeons, is in charge of the Upper Extremity projects and our first product for Clavicle fractures. Dr. Joseph Butler, a world class spine surgeon at the University College Dublin, is working with us on a new frontier, geriatric applications for cervical spine.

Portfolio.

As the portfolio expands experts in Pediatrics, Realignment Surgery, Sports Medicine, Hip, Knee and Veterinary Medicine will be added to the team. With the platform technology that Arc Techtonics is developing for the various applications, partnerships, both clinically and commercially will be vital to our success.

Founding.

Arc Techtonics, Inc. ("Arc-T") was established in 2023 and is dedicated to advancing medical devices for orthopedic trauma & beyond. The flagship CounterArc Plating Systems is built on patented anatomic multiplanar technology and designed to become the new gold standard in complex fracture repair. The CounterArc plate is stronger, smaller, shorter, thinner and easier than traditional plates. It is designed to offer better fixation strength with orthogonal screw placement, improved blood supply using smaller screws, less hardware irritation, as it is almost 50% thinner than traditional plates, and improved bone graft placement for revisions or bone length restoration.

The Arc Techtonics platform technology incorporates an anatomic plate design, continuous arc struts, orthogonal screw fixation & a distinctive wedge window™ for superior bone grafting. A single CounterArc plate is close to 80% stronger than two monoplanar plates of the same thickness. Another key feature is that CounterArc plates provide unique anatomical anchor points for soft tissue reconstruction.
